Andreea Neagu, Partner, advises companies on dispute-driven matters with direct impact on business operations and management decisions.

A qualified lawyer since 2009, she represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration across commercial, administrative and employment law.

Her practice is centered on litigation and arbitration, covering commercial, administrative and employment disputes, as well as insolvency and restructuring. In employment matters, Andreea works closely with management teams on both contentious and non-contentious issues, including restructurings, sensitive terminations, internal investigations and risk prevention.

Andreea has extensive experience in public procurement, advising clients across the full lifecycle of procurement procedures. Her work includes tender strategy, compliance, risk assessment, challenges against the tender documents and result of the procedure and disputes arising during contract execution.

She also advises clients in white-collar crime matters, with an emphasis on prevention, compliance and representation in criminal proceedings, as well as in the energy sector, where she supports businesses in managing regulatory exposure, contractual risks and disputes specific to the industry.

Andreea is known for a hands-on and highly involved approach to client work. She places strong emphasis on understanding each client’s business, industry and real objectives, aiming to deliver clear advice, realistic risk assessments and solutions tailored to the client’s actual needs rather than abstract legal theory.

She is fluent in Romanian and English.
