Maria Babu, Senior Associate, has over 8 years of experience in dispute resolution and public procurement and has developed a strong practice in representing clients in litigation proceedings, with a focus on public procurement-related disputes.
Maria’s experience also includes various high-profile litigation projects on diverse matters, such as civil, commercial, and administrative disputes.

Apart from those, she also has experience in employment and competition maters.

Known for her meticulous approach and strong advocacy skills, Maria provides effective legal solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including construction, healthcare, IT, infrastructure, agriculture, defence and security, financial services and retail.

Maria is fluent in Romanian and English.
